Our 9mm MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard) is a smooth, versatile sheet material widely used in joinery, furniture making, shopfitting, and interior decoration. MDF machines exceptionally well — it cuts cleanly, routes precisely, and takes paint beautifully — making it the material of choice for painted joinery and decorative applications.
Each sheet measures 2440mm x 1220mm (8ft x 4ft) — the standard full sheet size.

We're open Monday to Friday 7:30am–5pm and Saturday 8am–1pm.

Yes. We cut and machine timber to your sizes in our own mill, and can make bespoke profiles and mouldings. Please call us on 01452 300159 before ordering. Bespoke work usually takes 7–10 working days.
