Oak Flush

Oak Flush — a quality fire door available from Nick's Timber Store, Gloucester. They are designed to resist the spread of fire and smoke for a defined period — typically 30 minutes (FD30).

Important Fire Door Requirements

• Fire doors must be fitted with intumescent strips and cold smoke seals
• Use fire-rated hinges — minimum three hinges per door
• Fire doors must be fitted with a self-closing device in most applications
• Never modify a fire door without checking it remains compliant
• All fire doors should be certified to BS EN 1634-1
